As was discussed last night at the Goldsmiths’ Occupied Library here are the plans for the next couple of days. Please ensure everyone within your own collectives and groups knows where to meet!
Anyone who is up for a quick pre-march action meet at 11AM outside THE LONDON COLISEUM in St. Martin’s Lane. We will then join the main demo aftwards.
The Arts Bloc is meeting at 11:30AM – 12NOON outside ULU on Malet Street (WC1E 7HY) for the main demo. Bring your giant books to the Book Bloc at 11AM outside the Waterstones bookshop on the corner of Gower Street/Torrington Place (those on time may be able to get a spare book!).
At 5PM there will be a TEACH-IN at THE NATIONAL GALLERY with lecturers from the Slade, Goldsmiths, Kingston and Chelsea. They will be talking on the subject of Art and the Multitude in front of Manet’s Execution of Maximilian in gallery room number 43. TURN UP AS INDIVIDUAL SPECTATORS OF THE GALLERY – NOT IN LARGE GROUPS!
Meet at 2PM OUTSIDE 272 HIGH HOLBORN dressed in FUNERAL WEAR (or elaborate as possible) for a march to Parliament.
